About Me:
Artist, illustrator, content writer, and art educator based in Southern California. Self-driven through lack of resources early in life, I was able to educate myself on how to design and illustrate, while studying Mechanical Engineering at CSULB. My passion for Japanese Animation and Manga was what sustained and drove my creative explorations in visual storytelling. Besides illustration, I am involved in video editing, content writing, and educational broadcasts via Twitch-- embracing challenges that foster personal growth and new skills daily.

Artistic Style and Mediums:
My works primarily explore the interplay between light and colors, while exhibiting an understanding of XYZ perspective and construction. I draw inspiration from interesting staging techniques, unique camera angles, and focal lengths to achieve an interesting composition for staging my characters under dynamic lighting and playful colors.

Artistic Inspiration:
I take an abundance of my inspiration from East Asian artists, photography techniques, and abstract lighting. Three of my most notable inspirations are RinoTuna, Q Hayashida, ZeenChin, as I find immense joy in the world of illustrative storytelling, when an idea is communicated with no words.
