Return Policy

GENERAL

Returns and exchanges can only be made within 30 days after the order was received.

After 30 days has passed, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any reason.

RETURNS

These rules only apply to STICKER purchases.

There are two ways you can go about your return. You may either request a return through our contact form, or by sending us an email at info@ajtouch.com. Please provide your name and order number  when you submit your request. If there are any defects, please attach photos to the email as well.

* Returns are free only for Domestic U.S. customers.

For all International customers, the return charges are within the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was an error with said order. 

The following criteria that must be met when proceeding with all returns:

Return Expectations

  • The item must NOT be damaged in any way
  • The item must NOT be peeled or used
  • The item must be in EXCELLENT CONDITION as it was sold
  • The item must be a product sold in our store

Once we have received your return(s), we will notify you within 7 days regarding your refund issuance. The refund should take about 7-14 business days to process. Any further delay in refund transit time once confirmation has been sent falls solely with the bank/payment processor.

EXCHANGES

The process for exchanges is identical to the process for returns. An exchange is done either through our contact form or by sending an email to info@ajtouch.com.

The email must include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The product you want to return
  • Desired product for exchange

For exchanges, we do expect the same and additional guidelines to be followed:

  • The item must NOT be damaged in any way
  • The item must NOT be peeled or used
  • The item must be in EXCELLENT CONDITION as it was sold
  • The item must be a product sold in our store
  • The item(s) must be of lesser or equal value to that being exchanged.

    DECK RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    We pride and commit ourselves on delivering only products of our highest design and quality standards.

    We do NOT take any returns or exchanges for deck sales.

    Any signs of slight cosmetic defects are common from natural wood boards and is to be expected.

    The only time we will allow for a return/exchange is when a mistake/defect is found that occurred from our end. A full money back guarantee will be offered as long as your product meets our return policy expectations.

    Deck Return Expectations

    • The deck must NOT be pierced or damaged in any way
    • The deck must be wrapped
    • The deck must be in EXCELLENT CONDITION as it was sold
    • The deck must be a deck sold in our store
