The AJTouch shop operates on a limited seasonal window — typically 2–3 weeks per year when I'm back in California. Orders are packed and shipped personally, not by a fulfillment center. Please factor in processing time and the shop's closing date when placing your order.
No. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please account for this when placing your order.
While I do everything I can to ship on time, AJTOUCH.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other conditions beyond our control. Once a package leaves our hands, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility.
If you need to cancel, send your name and order number to info@ajtouch.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it. Refunds for cancellations may take up to 10–14 days to process.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Every order is hand-packed by me — no warehouses, no fulfillment centers.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment.
By default, most orders ship via USPS Standard Service + Tracking and are generally received within 7 business days.
USPS First Class Package (stickers, pins, art prints): Flat rate of $3.50. Free for orders over $50.
USPS Priority Mail (skate decks, oversized items): Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Depending on your location, UPS Ground or DHL may also be available at checkout.
International orders include tracking and may take 7–21 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically by weight and package dimensions and may start at $18.00+.
Customs & Duties: Depending on your country, you may be charged a customs or duties fee after purchase. This fee is imposed by your government — not by us — and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please verify that your carrier delivers to your location before ordering.
Yes. Tracking is included with every order. You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a second email with tracking info once your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account page.
If you didn't receive a tracking email, reach out and I'll send it over.
AJTOUCH.com cannot refund or replace orders marked as 'delivered' or 'lost in transit' by USPS, UPS, or DHL. Once a package leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible.
If your package appears lost:
1. Check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management.
2. File a claim directly with the carrier (see Carrier Links tab).
3. Contact us at info@ajtouch.com — we can help you through the process.
For international orders: once a parcel leaves the continental United States, we no longer have jurisdiction over its delivery.

Yes, under the following conditions:
• The item was purchased from our online store
• The item has not been used, damaged, or peeled
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• The item is in the same condition it was sold
To start a return, email info@ajtouch.com with your name and order number. If there's a defect, please include photos.
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. Mention the item you'd like to exchange for — the replacement must be of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns within the US are free. International return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns are confirmed within 7 days of receiving the package. Once accepted, your refund, exchange, or credit will be issued within 7–14 business days.
After 30 days from delivery, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Email me at info@ajtouch.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I'll make it right.
Double-check your address at checkout. I'm not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If a package returns to me, I'll arrange re-shipping at the buyer's expense.
Debit or credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all selectable at checkout.
