General
We do not ship on weekends or holidays — please factor this in when placing your order.
Once a package leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the selected shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other conditions outside our control.

Domestic (U.S.)
- Stickers and art prints: 3–5 business days to process before shipment
- Skateboard decks: 3–5 business days to process — each deck is hand-wrapped before shipping
Most orders ship via USPS with tracking. Once shipped, standard delivery is typically within 7 business days.
Shipping Rates:
- Stickers & Art Prints — Flat rate: $3.50 | Free shipping on orders $50+
- Skateboard Decks — Rates calculated at checkout via USPS Priority Mail (oversized/heavy items). UPS Ground may also be available depending on your location.
International
International shipping starts at $18.00, and increases based on total package weight.
Delivery for international orders typically takes 7–21 business days.
Please note: Customs and duties fees may be charged upon arrival in your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For more details, refer to Shopify's Shipping and Fulfillment guide.
All international orders include a tracking number.
Lost in Transit / Marked as Delivered
AJTouch.com is not responsible for packages marked "lost in transit" or "delivered" by USPS, UPS, or DHL.
If your package appears to be missing, please check with your local post office, a neighbor, or other residents at your address before reaching out to us.
For international orders: please confirm USPS delivers to your country before placing an order. Once a package has left the continental U.S., we no longer have jurisdiction over it.
