💸 REFUND POLICY

General
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
- Refunds may take up to 10–14 business days to process.
- For specific concerns, contact us at info@ajtouch.com.
Returns (Stickers & Art Prints)
To initiate a return, contact us through our contact form or email info@ajtouch.com with your name and order number. If there are any defects, include photos.
- Domestic (U.S.) customers: Return shipping is free.
- International customers: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the error was on our end.
Items must meet the following criteria:
- Not damaged in any way
- Not peeled or used
- In excellent condition, as originally sold
- A product sold in our store
Once we receive your return, we'll notify you within 7 days and issue your refund. Refunds take 7–14 business days to process. Any delays after that point are with your bank or payment processor.
Exchanges (Stickers & Art Prints)
The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Email info@ajtouch.com or use the contact form with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The item you're returning
- The item you'd like in exchange
All return criteria apply. Additionally, the item requested for exchange must be of equal or lesser value than the item being returned.
Skateboard Decks
We do not accept returns or exchanges on deck sales.
Minor cosmetic variations are natural to wood boards and should be expected.
The only exception is if a defect or error originated from our end — in that case, a full refund will be issued, provided the deck meets the following:

- Not pierced or damaged in any way
- Still wrapped
- In excellent condition, as originally sold
- A deck sold in our store
