Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
AJTouch.com is my Central HUB — the one place where everything connects. From here, you can browse my art portfolio, visit the shop (when it's open), grab digital art tools, read my blog, or head over to AJTEACH for courses. Think of it as the front door to everything I do.
No. The shop operates on a seasonal window — typically 2–3 weeks per year when I'm back in California to personally pack and ship orders. When the shop is closed, products stay visible as portfolio pieces, but purchasing is disabled. Sign up for the newsletter so you know exactly when the next window opens.
If a product is out of stock, it will not be restocked. That design is being retired. I'm sorry — once it's gone, it's gone for good. This is a decade of work, and I'm moving what I have left. If you see something you want and it's still available, don't wait.
I'm always working on new stuff. But I won't be producing new physical products unless I'm back in the United States. If you want to know when new drops happen, stay subscribed to the newsletter — that's where I announce everything first.
I don't take commissions or custom requests. It's not that I don't appreciate the interest — I genuinely do. But I've got a full creative pipeline mapped out each year, and commissions would pull me away from the work I'm already committed to finishing. My time is limited, and I have to protect it so I can keep making the stuff I'm passionate about.
Yes — I'm open to industry and artist collaborations, depending on the project, subject matter, and timing. If you have something in mind, send a direct inquiry to info@ajtouch.com and I'll take a look.
No permanent storefront. The shop is online only. For in-person availability, see "Do you still attend anime conventions?" under the Online Shop section below.
Subscribers hear about shop openings, new releases, and product availability before anyone else. I also send out occasional discount codes and personal updates. It's the best way to stay in the loop — especially since the shop isn't open year-round.
Courses live on a completely separate platform. Head to ajteach.com for my full course catalog — that's a different website and ecosystem built specifically for art education. Any questions about courses, enrollment, or lesson content should be directed there.
Yes. Digital products like brush packs and tutorial bundles remain available for purchase year-round, even when the physical shop is closed. Digital delivery is handled automatically — no waiting for a shop window.
Brush packs are in .ABR format, compatible with Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, and other ABR-supporting software. Settings may vary on import depending on your program — Clip Studio Paint has the widest range of settings.
The Online Shop
Me. Every sticker, pin, print, and deck in the shop was designed by me from scratch — hundreds of original anime-inspired illustrations across dozens of franchises. This was a labor of love long before it was a business.
I'm an artist and art educator. For nearly a decade, I made my living as a traveling convention vendor — setting up at anime conventions, comic cons, and art festivals across the country. The online shop always existed right alongside the booth. It's how fans who couldn't make it to shows could still get the art. Now that I've stepped back from the circuit, the online shop is where the work lives.
Not on the regular circuit anymore. I may return to major events like Anime Expo or Comic-Con as an invited guest, but I'm no longer doing the full traveling vendor life. Any in-person appearances will be announced on Instagram and through the newsletter.
All designs are mine — hand-designed from concept to final illustration. Production (printing, manufacturing) is handled by trusted partners, not in-house. But every order is hand-packed and hand-shipped by me personally. From my sketchbook to your doorstep.
Each product listing has its own details. Here's a general overview by category —
- VINYL STICKER. Average size is approximately 4" × 4". Mini stickers are approximately 1" × 1". Waterproof and fade-resistant. All original designs.
- ENAMEL PINS Gold-finish hard enamel. Comes with a metal clutch backing.
- PRINTS 10" × 14" and 16" × 20" sizes. UV printed for color accuracy and longevity.
- DECK 8.0" wide, natural wood boards. Made in America. Designs are heat-transferred onto the deck. Grip tape, wheels, and trucks are not included — I only sell the deck itself (the design is the product).
All of my physical inventory is stored at my home in California. I'm not importing goods from overseas warehouses or relying on international supply chains to fulfill orders. Global trade disruptions and tariff changes should not affect my product availability or pricing. What you see in stock is physically here and ready to ship.
Availability & Schedule
I split my time between California and Southeast Asia. The shop opens during my US visits — typically once or twice a year for a 2–3 week window. Outside of those windows, the site stays fully active as a portfolio, blog, and course hub. I announce every shop opening in advance through the newsletter and Instagram.
During my time overseas, email response times may be slower due to the time difference, but I'm still reachable at info@ajtouch.com.
Me — sometimes with help from friends and family in California. During shop windows, I may also be managing fulfillment remotely from my home base overseas while trusted people handle the physical packing. I'm one person, not a warehouse. I appreciate your patience.
