Shipping Policies

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, so please account this information when you are making a purchase.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather delay, postal service interruptions, etc. Once packages leave our hands, the responsibility will be carried over to the respective shipping carrier that was selected during checkout.

Orders take typically 3-5 business days to process for stickers and art prints.

All skate deck orders now take 3-5 days ship after the order is placed, as each deck is hand-wrapped. We provide updates on our Skate Deck Info page.

By default, most orders will be shipped USPS Standard Service + Tracking, and once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. 

* Standard shipping rates are calculated based on postal address

USPS First Class Package (stickers and art prints): 
We offer a flat rate fee of $3.50 
Free for orders over $50+ 

USPS Priority Mail Shipping (skateboard decks only):
Oversized or heavy products are automatically calculated by each carrier at checkout for the most affordable rates! 
Depending on your locale, UPS Ground may also be available to you.



Our standard shipping charge for international addresses starts at $18.00 and could go higher in price depending on the total weight of the items purchased.

Shipment for international orders may take between 7-21 days to process.

Depending on your location, please do be aware that you may be charged a Customs/Duties Fee after you have placed your purchase. It is the sole responsibility of you (the buyer) to cover this fee if it is imposed onto your package. More details can be found on Shopify's Shipping and Fulfillment

You will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow where your package is along the delivery route.

'LOST IN TRANSIT' & 'DELIVERED' cannot refund or replace orders 'lost in transit' or 'delivered' by USPS, UPS or DHL.

Please note that AJTOUCH.COM is not responsible for any packages 'lost in transit,' or 'delivered' through the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or DHL.

Always double check with your local post office, neighbor, or resident first to see if your package was misplaced. 

If the package is still lost, we can provide assistance once you file a claim/send in a help request form with the respective mailing carrier.

For international orders, please confirm USPS delivers to your country/locale before ordering with us. If you suspect your package was misplaced, contact your local post office as we no longer have jurisdiction over our parcels once they travel outside of the continental United States.
