We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, so please account this information when you are making a purchase.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched on time, ajtouch.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather delay, postal service interruptions, etc. Once packages leave our hands, the responsibility will be carried over to the respective shipping carrier that was selected during checkout.
Orders take typically 3-5 business days to process for stickers and art prints.
By default, most orders will be shipped USPS Standard Service + Tracking, and once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

Oversized or heavy products are automatically calculated by each carrier at checkout for the most affordable rates!

Our standard shipping charge for international addresses starts at $18.00 and could go higher in price depending on the total weight of the items purchased.
Shipment for international orders may take between 7-21 days to process.
You will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow where your package is along the delivery route.
